Library introduction
The first library in Ypäjä was established in 1859.
Our library moved into the current library house, the old Perttula elementary school, in 1982.
The library house was thoroughly renovated in 2009 according to the instructions of the National Board of Antiquities.
In our 400 square meters we have our own departments for children, teenagers, and also for magazine and newspaper readers. Our collection includes fiction and nonfiction books, magazines, newspapers, films, board and video games. You can even borrow some sports equipment here.
Through the interlibrary loan service, you can borrow materials that are not in the Louna libraries' collection.
