Library introduction
The magazine and newspaper room at the Kokkola City Library have self-service hours when the library is otherwise closed. To register as a self-service user, you need a library card and a PIN code. You also have to sign an application for user rights. If you are under 18, your guardian must co-sign the application.
Regular guidelines apply during self-service hours. Don’t disturb the other customers and don’t make a mess. The library has camera surveillance.
