Electronic journals are readable via Karelia Finna with your Karelia username and password
You can access to read electronic journals via Karelia-Finna. As a remote user, login with Haka login, use your Karelia UAS' network username and password.
Collection of most popular course books. Not loanable. Reading only in library facilities.

Interlibrary service for Karelia UAS students and staff & Finnish libraries
Interlending and document supply services. Service can cost 0-20 euro per order. This service is mainly for Karelia UAS students and personnel.
Printed journals: Current year in reading area (library's 1. floor). Elder issues in stock (1. floor, behind brown shelves). Newest issue not for loan.
The self-service library is open from Mon to Fri 7.30 – 20, even when the customer service is closed and there is no library staff present at the library. Notice: Library’s doors are open Mon-Fri 7.30 – 20, but building E’s main door closes on Mon-Thu at 16.30 and on Fri at 15.30. During holidays check the campus door opening hours from the janitor.
During the self-service hours, you can
- borrow and return materials,
- pick up reservations,
- read books, magazines and newspapers &
- work at the library.
You must have a library card to borrow library materials. Apply a library card by using this a registration form on web.
There are cameras monitoring the library.

Information search guidance
You can book a personal guidance time from Microsoft Bookings calendar. Login to service with your Karelia UAS email and password. The time reserved for guidance is 45 minutes.
The information search guidance in meant for Karelia UAS students in their Thesis process. If possible, book the guidance time when you are starting your Thesis.
